 Thinking Hypnotherapy may help you? Start with a free discovery call.  This is a relaxed, informal chat and gives you the opportunity to gauge if I am the therapist for you.  You can use this time to ask any questions and we can chat briefly about what you would like support with and whether Hypnotherapy may be suitable for you. First Session (Initial Consultation) - up to 1 hour 30 mins - £40

During this first session, we will explore your consultation form (which you will have completed and emailed back to me prior to our first session together) in more depth and from this establish your goals and begin to devise a treatment plan. I will also explain in more detail how Hypnotherapy works and you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. No hypnosis takes place in this session.

Follow up Sessions - up to 1 hour - £60

Follow up sessions will begin with reflection work around how things have been progressing for you with your treatment plan, followed up with a personalised Hypnotherapy session to support your goals. Usually one week after initial consultation.

Hypnotic Gastric Band (6 session package) - £360

 
Smoking Cessation - £110 for first session (between 1.5hr - 2hr), £55 for any follow ups 

Sessions can be conducted both in person at Willow & Blue, Inverness or online (normally via zoom or WhatsApp Video call if you would prefer).  Sessions online work in the exact same way as they would if we were face to face and are just as effective. I do recommend you wear headphones for online sessions. Costs per session remain the same if carried out online. 

Please note: A £20 booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and this is redeemable towards your session, with the remainder of your fee to be paid at the end of your session. Failure to pay the booking fee at the time of booking will mean your appointment can not be confirmed. Information on how to pay your booking fee will be emailed over to you once an appointment date and time has been set up between myself and you.

Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you are no longer able to make your appointment. I appreciate in some circumstances this may be out with your control and I will take this into consideration, however should you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, your £20 booking fee may not be refunded.
